Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are automatically agreeing to the terms of service stated below.General Terms-These terms apply only to commissions for personal use.
-I will draw only what's being offered in the pertinent announcement (see Current Offer at the bottom of the page).
-SFW only.
-I will require at least one visual reference of your character to work with. Characters with no visual reference might cost more or be declined at my discretion.
-I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
-Base price is the minimum price. Might increase according to the subject's complexity.
-I have the right to upload the finished work to my social media unless the commission is private or the client asks not to.
-Client may upload the artwork to their websites with an adequate source/credit (unless I request not to).Payment-Paypal only, prices are in USD.
-Payment must be done upfront within three days after the invoice is sent. Payment plans are available for orders of $200 or more.
-No refund after the commission is completed.
-Client may request a cancellation only before the payment is sent.Process-After cleared payment I'll start working on it and send a sketch for its revision/approval.
-Once it's approved, I will proceed with coloring.
-If I or the client have any inquiry about the base colors, an additional WIP might be given.
-Turnaround is usually between 2 days to 2 weeks maximum. If there's any delay it'll be communicated.
-These are digital goods, so no physical shipping will be provided.
